Purchase Ledger Clerk - Contract role - Job Filled

Shaftesbury | £21,000-£24,000 Depending on Experience

Vardey Recruitment are delighted to be working with a company based in Shaftesbury, North Dorset who are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team on a fixed term contract basis for approx. 3/4 months.

This purchase ledger role will be a very busy and involve high volume processing, end to end purchase ledger/accounts payable duties. The successful candidate will record invoices, match to purchase orders and take responsibility for the payment runs. A large part of the role in the purchase ledger, will involve dealing with supplier queries and supplier reconciliations. In addition, in time you could help out in other areas and raise sales invoices and support the credit control process with the chasing of invoices.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an accounts department with experience of purchase ledger/accounts payable ideally high volume and working in a busy team. Ideally an immediate start! Please apply today for more information.
