Vardey Recruitment are partnering with a growing technology based business in Bournemouth, Dorset who are recruiting for a part-time Bookkeeper/ Accounts Assistant. Reporting to the Finance Manager working in a close knit team, this is a varied and busy job for someone who is looking for part-time hours within a growing company with longer-term opportunities!
The role
- Supporting the Finance Manager with the month end process.
- Taking ownership of the sales and purchase ledger.
- Assisting the Finance Manager with payroll preparation & P11d returns.
- Prepare (assist with) the VAT returns, process expenses, bank reconciliations.
- Monitor the cashflow and support the forecasting process.
- Support the credit control processes.
- Assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts.
- Produce ad hoc financial reports as required for the managements review.

- Salary depends on experience £22,000-£30,000 Pro rata
