Job duties

• Full control of the purchase ledger to include the coding and processing of supplier invoices
• Processing supplier payments
• Statement reconciliations
• First point of contact to resolve supplier queries, ensuring all invoices are paid to terms
• Liaising and working across other internal departments
• Setting up supplier and maintenance of supplier information
• VAT input recovery
• Assist with other finance related duties (Accounts receivables, expenses, and banking)

• Good solid experience working in an accounts payable job (purchase ledger controller)
• Strong IT skills
